Encircle’s 10-year anniversary is more than a one-night event. It is a milestone campaign that can launch publicly, build momentum throughout the year, support the Only Love Gala, activate the community on social media, and tell the story of Encircle’s impact over the past decade.

The goal is to create a warm, human, story-driven, and flexible anniversary campaign system rooted in Encircle’s mission, its Provo founding story, and the idea that love shows up through youth, families, donors, volunteers, staff, partners, and community.

Creative Discovery, Campaign Strategy & Concept Development

Purpose: Phase 1 establishes the strategic and visual foundation for the 10-year anniversary campaign. This phase focuses on understanding the story, defining the creative direction, exploring visual approaches, and creating initial concepts for the broader anniversary campaign, social activation, and Only Love Gala.

  • Encircle will provide sponsor logos, story content, photography, and internal approvals; Napkin Studios will develop the campaign copywriting system and priority copy blocks included in the package.
  • Each phase includes up to 3 revision rounds.
  • Additional revision rounds, rush work, or expanded deliverables can be estimated separately before work begins.
  • Phase 3 asset production will be prioritized around the highest-impact launch, social, gala, donor, sponsor, merchandise, and copy needs.
  • Final print production, vendor management, photography, video production, animation, motion graphics, and web development are not included unless scoped separately.
