Key Challenge
Creating a localized mobile experience that feels intuitive and efficient while supporting complex, real-time park interactions required a strong balance between system structure, usability, and scale.
Visitors rely on the app for critical in-park decisions, from navigating attractions to managing reservations and wait times. Existing global patterns didn’t fully account for local behaviors and expectations, creating friction in how users accessed and understood information during time-sensitive moments.
